Tresury Manager

Job Description:
Oversee daily cash management activities for the Company to ensure accurate, timely cash position, payment processing and maintenance of internal controls. Ensure optimum cash and liquidity to meet operational and expansion needs of the business, in coordination with RRHI Treasury Ensure compliance with JG or Retail specific Treasury policies and guidelines, internal controls, and any regulatory and contractual covenants/requirements (e.g Banks and Bangko Sentral). Review cash control design and effectiveness to ensure major risks are mitigated Evaluate, develop and implement cash management processes and systems to optimize efficiencies. Manage relationships with financial service providers to ensure quality service and lower transactional cost/fees, in coordination with RRHI Treasury Establish and implement a continuous improvement culture to streamlines processes and procedures to improve efficiency Exposure on foreign exchange payments (e.g. indent/import payments , telegraphic transfers) Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably at least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
