What you’ll do:
Manage Collection:

-Accurate reports on all collections
-Identification of accountable employees for Cash Shortages (List of employees who will be deducted for payroll)
-Ensure deposit of daily collections
-Product Leakage Reports: Systemize Product Leakage, Daily recon of returns of SOA vs Products Returns
-Cash Shortage Report
Reporting petty cash if any for the site
Support depositing money in bank as required.
Check and validate daily payables and sales and returns receipts to suppliers
Report petty cash if any for the site
Support depositing money in bank as required
Report data as required to HQ

Graduate of any business course preferably Accountancy
Experience in cash handling, inventory management and bank reconciliation
Experience in accounts receivables isa plus
Good knowledge and comfortable usage of Microsoft Excel
Willing to be a reliever when needed
Willing to work fromMondays to Saturdaysin awarehouse set up
