Treasury Associate (Payables) - Steelasia Manufacturing Corporation

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare checks and check vouchers, check the correctness of accounting entry, mathematical accuracy completeness of required documents, and duly approved payment requests

Attend to inquiries of suppliers, employees and/or other payees from time to time

Review Accounts Payable on-hold as to payment status and resolves payable inquiries with the Treasury Department Head by checking the terms in the check voucher

Release checks for non-trade payable, truckers and contracted services

Review cleared checks and debit memos from banks and update bank balances with analysis on the nature of each transaction and any discrepancy on the account

Inform Treasury Manager and Treasury Head for the disbursement on a weekly basis for Cash flow purposes

Consult with Treasury Department Head on developing, updates and challenges on computer software applications for effective and efficient reporting

Update passbook/bank statement by reconciling bank balances with daily disbursements; check if all fund transfers and other debit memos are all in

Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time

Qualification/s:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

Required languages: English, Filipino
Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Required Skills: Computer Proficiency, Good Written, and Oral Communication Skills, Good analytical skill, keen to details, and able to work under pressure

At least 1-year of working experience specialized in Finance - Treasury, Corporate Finance, Investment, Merchant Banking or equivalent

Able to work in Bonifacio Global City, TaguigCity
