QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of Tourism or allied courses
2. At least 1-4 years of work experience in related field
3. Required Skills
? Proficient in GDS Operations (Galileo, Amadeus, Saber)
? Skilled in computer operations
? Proficient in travel arrangements and documentation
? Fluent in English
? Mandarin-Chinese communication (speak, read and write) an advantage
? Strong skills in sales, negotiation and customer service
? Willing to work long hours
? Able to work in a high pressurize environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Account management
2. Customer assistance on travel information, planning tours and itineraries, travel costs,
accommodations, fares and ticket issuance, airport assistance, visa and other travel
regulations
3. Process client requirements and present options
4. Build and update Client Profile
5. Documentation of client transactions for billing and payment collection.
6. Meet quality procedures set forth in the ISO Quality Manual
7. Process information in accordance with the Data Protection Policy of the company.
