**BASIC FUNCTIONS**:- Customer Support- Post-sales Support- Booking and Reservations- Rescheduling- Cancellations and complaints- Possible credit card processing**QUALIFICATIONS**:- At least 2 years of experience on a BPO Travel and Tours related account- Has an experience on the following platforms:- Sabre- Amadeus- Holland- Norwegian- Cruising Power- Priority is to have cruise line customer support experience. Booking, rebooking, cancellations, etc.- Amenable to work onsite- Availability to Start ASAP.**Salary**: Php21,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- On-site parking- Paid training- Transportation service providedSchedule:- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
