Transport Coordinator - Davao City

Job Description:
Assigned as a truck dispatcher for Aerospace lock-in truck. Received Booking from air import and export specialist daily and schedule the pick-up and delivery. Monitor Pick-up/delivery of cargo Received POD and waybills from Chiba lock-in truck Update Daily lock-in report Received Booking from Airphil local transfer, monitor pick-up in the evening and make sure delivery at Clark. Handle all local transfer for an aerospace account, Pick-up and delivery from Manila to Clark and vice versa Creation of jobfile for local transfer Aerospace (airphil , global aerospace , Luthansa , etc ) CSA and PV request creation Invoicing of local transfer account for aerospace Update final events in pegasus system and upload POD before closing. Segregation and dispatch of customers invoice, filling of closed files to Air Import file cabinet. Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent Has a minimum of three (3) years working experience in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business Knowledgeable in Customs Procedure, Air Cargo Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo Tracking Adept in MS Office Applications Must be able to work under pressure Must have a keen eye for details Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent Has a minimum of three (3) years working experience in a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business Knowledgeable in Customs Procedure, Air Cargo Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo Tracking Adept in MS Office Applications Must be able to work under pressure Must have a keen eye for details Amendable to work in Davao area.
