Transport Billing Analyst (Ortigas, Pasig)

Process accounts payable for carrier invoice and accounts receivable for customer billing.
Review invoices, call out any discrepancies, code, send to management for approval
Review payment status periodically (ie. weekly) with accounts payable
Track orders, answer billing questions, and discuss content.
Compare identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
At least 3 year(s) working experience in accounts payable, receivables and reconcillation in Logistics/Supply Chain industry.
Knowledgeable in using Oracle, SAP, or equivalent Finance systems is desirable
Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Willing to work on shifting schedule
