Transformer Supervisor

SUMMARY OF JOB:The main duty of a Transformer Supervisor is to supervise inspections, assessment andevaluation of the progress and installation of all equipment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Below are some, but not limited to, the duties and responsibilities of a TransformerSupervisor:1. Ensures that the projected amount of time in completing a task is executed accordingly2. Coordinates with the team to ensure all on-going projects strictly follows the agreedspecifications stated in the drawing plans3. Coordinates with the engineering team to conduct an evaluation and/or assessment ofequipment installation works4. Crafts reports vis-à-vis the conducted evaluation on equipment installation works5. Works with the team to ensure the requisition of equipment required for all installationprojects (i.e. material, spare parts, tools, etc.)6. Coordinates with team to provide a report on the required extent of manpower for aparticular installation of project7. Reassures the compliance of all activities in the projects8. Reports and updates daily accomplishment of transformer works in-house and on-siteduties9. Provides requisition of daily materials needed for all activities10. Assist in promoting company's services to prospects and potential clientsQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/orability required.1. Graduate of any 4-year or vocational course related to the field2. Has acquired certification/license from PRC and/or TESDA related to the field3. Knowledgeable on the use of MS office applications such as Word, Excel,Powerpoint, among others4. Has Organizational and Leadership Skills5. Proactive and can lead a team well6. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills7. Experience related to the field is not necessary, but an advantage
