You're not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'- Perform extensive field visits (at least 80% of the time) to execute surveys, trade interviews, and work-with reviews of Field Sales. Align own route plans with Supervisor Transformation Programs to ensure focus on aligned priorities. Share regular feedback on Field Sales to Supervisor Transformation Programs and Transformation Programs Executives to continuously identify knowledge and capability gaps and design necessary trainings.- Extract and document information from the field to provide Transformation Programs Executives and Transformation Programs Analysts visibility on project related reports. Help meet internal timelines in relation to the implementation of activities and processes which are key to the achievement of project and test objectives, flagging any potential delays.- Review test results with trade partners and gather insights based on project objectives. Ensure in-depth interviews are performed on unsuccessful experiments or initiatives to aid improvements and pivots on succeeding tests. Provide feedback and suggestions on existing test designs with Supervisor Transformation Programs based on execution effectiveness.- Ensure timely documentation of field work and review regularly with Supervisor Transformation programs. Aid completion of critical reports with Transformation Programs Analyst and complement research and reporting needs of Transformation Programs Executive. Gather relevant photos and videos directly from trade partners and consumers whenever necessary to get verbatim feedback.- Attend regular project team meetings to consolidate all learnings from the different stakeholders in HQ and from the field. Actively share learnings and raise potential risks based on information gathered from the field to aid decision-makingWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou must have a bachelor's degree, and at least three (3) years of experience in Field Sales as well as experience in Project Experimentation / Fast Forward Testing. Expertise in general trade is preferred but not required. You have strong execution and program monitoring skills and you are knowledgeable in Wholesale and Retail Operations.
