**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Overall in-charge of the Franchise Operations and Training Division of the Franchise Relations Department- Reports directly to the Franchise Manager- Ensure that the following tasks are done effectively together with the Franchise Operations and Training Officer and Specialists:- Franchise Relations_- Establish good relationship with Franchisees- Coordinate closely with the Franchisees for the following:- Updates on Products, Policies, Promos, and all other Announcements- Operational concerns and requests of Franchisees- In charge to oversee all franchisees' complaints and requests- To resolve the queries at the earliest so that the work proceeds without any interruption- Job order requests and list of improvements- To update and monitor Business Google Pinning- Rights to Sell for Siopao Da king products and process SPK Warmer as requested- Conduct store visits and audits and discuss results to Franchisees- Reporting_- Weekly reporting to FM- Franchise Concern update (Sales and Operational concerns)- Result of Franchise Visit / Virtual Engagement / Meetings- Monitoring Checklist Form- Franchise Outlet Adherence to Standards- Franchise outlet reports, productivity and performance- Franchise Count (soon to open, operational, non-operational, temporary closed, reopened and terminated franchise)- Itinerary and Budget- Submit monthly and per week store visit itinerary, budget, work order and liquidation form- Training_- Review and update all existing training modules per franchise concept and develop training modules for new concepts.- Operations Manual- Training Videos- Identify and assess future and current training needs.- Conduct franchise training (in store or online)- Reports- Weekly and monthly reports to the FM regarding Training Performance, Analysis, Projects and Results.- Franchise Engagement- Organize and manage Franchise Engagement events.
