Overall Purpose of The Job
Conduct individual briefings and training's for catering personnel, such as chief cooks and others.
Plan, organise, conduct and direct a wide range of training activities, programmes and courses to benefit the knowledge and capability of the catering personnel
Educate catering personnel on ways to developing skills, enhance productivity and quality of work. 
Advise responses to the queries which arrive via the Ticketing System.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
• Assist in designing and developing individual and specific training and development programmes based on the company, clients and the individual trainee's needs.
• Evaluate offered training and development programmes; regularly amending and revising to ensure they meet current requirements 
• Provide high quality training and services to all clients, as appropriate.
• Deal with a variety of catering-related duties, including administrative tasks.
• Provide 1st level support and guidance to all vessels based on the incidents they report.
• Record all queries raised by the vessels into Fresh desk. 
• Keep logs and records, as per company standard.
• Liaise with higher levels of support and escalate other non-1st level issues to them (immediate supervisor and/or vendor where applicable), follow up for final resolution of all queries raised by the Vessel/Client.
• Identify areas of improvement for both Vessel Support and Training.
• Perform other appropriate role-related tasks as assigned by the Vessel Support Manager.
