Training Supervisor (Caloocan)

Training SupervisorResponsibilities:- Collaborates with Department Heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals;- Develops customized learning solutions and ensures effective delivery;- Evaluates training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.Qualifications:- With at least 3-5 years of experience in Training, preferably in supervisory capacity;- Strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies and adult learning principles;- Ability to develop web-based training is an advantage but not a requirement- Must be amenable to work onsite
