Think you have what it takes Join us!The ResponsibilitiesResponsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.Conducts any necessary 'train-the-trainer' sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is readyMonitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remoteObserve coaching sessions and provide development feedback**Requirements**:Minimum of 3 years experience with Training in a BPO companyExperienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)At least 1 year experience supervising trainersFlexible with working on different shiftsMust have excellent English communication skillsWilling to work in Bacolod CityThe Perks.Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance BenefitsPaid Time OffRetirement BenefitsLearning and Development OpportunitiesWhat We Do.Ubiquity delivers business process outsourcing and advisory solutions across customer service, technology, and operations.
