FILINVEST COMPANY: Chroma Hospitality Inc. The Training Officer will assist the Learning & Development Manager in:
Identifying and monitoring the training needs in the organization, Design and development of learning interventions, Planning and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to address learning needs, Evaluate impact of training to the business and report said impact to key stakeholders Training Needs Analysis
Reviews Competency Assessment results to identify possible learning gaps Reviews available industry data to ensure that the organization can keep up with the changes in the industry through the delivery of Learning and Development. Regularly review available feedback tools like Trust You to determine best possible learning intervention to address recurring issues Training Design
Helps in reviewing current training material in order to recommend necessary changes Helps in pilot testing new modules Recommends changes based on feedback taken from happy sheets completed by training participants Training Facilitation
Developing and implementing training programs to meet organizational goals. Providing training support for Coaches including scheduling class time, registering participants, and providing materials or supplies. Effectively communicate information in a clear and concise way. Determine which training methodologies are most appropriate for various situations. Training Evaluation
Conducting evaluations of training programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Sharing evaluation results to key stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS College graduate/ University degree in Communication, Basic Education, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field At least 2 years of in Learning and Development ideally received in the hospitality industry Good understanding of local languages Oral and written proficiency in English ADDIE Conducting Training and Facilitation Certificate in Learning and Development a plus Amenable to work in Muntinlupa City
