The main accountability of a Training Manager is to assess and identify the training and development needs of the organization through designing, planning, and implementing training programs, policies and procedures.
II. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with department heads Design, plan, develop and implement training programs Implement effective and purposeful training methods and manage the training budget Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training Create training manuals, conduct training sessions, and assess training effectiveness Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices Drive brand values through all training and development activities Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management III. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or any related course 4-5 years experience as an HR Manager focused on Training and Development Strong knowledge of learning principles and training methodologies Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams and manage complexity in fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively and strategically with all levels of the organization With excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
