Responsibilities: Establishing the practice of setting goals, measuring progress, providing feedback, and calibrating individual performance with organizational performance. Developing a culture of strong leadership and driving initiatives to facilitate the development of leadership capabilities. Establishing and implementing learning and development programs and channels to facilitate employee growth and capability building. Designing and developing strategies to manage the organization's talent demand and supply through programs to identify, develop, review, and retain employees. Developing workforce strategies and plans to determine the manpower and capabilities needed for the future. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, and/or any related field. 2 years of experience in Training, Learning, and Development Officers and other related fields. Strong understanding of HR best practices, industry trends, and applicable laws and regulations. Experience in the retail industry is an advantage. Knowledgeable in learning management systems. Ability to adapt to using various Digital tools. Ideally knows how to use Notion. Willing to go on fieldwork. Has expertise in the ADDIE model and conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
