Training Coordinator

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Map out annual training plans for TeachersSelect appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)Market available training to Teachers and provide necessary information about sessionsConduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressedUse known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniquesAssess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on teacher skillsGather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational sessionResearch and recommend new training methods, like gamificationTrack teachers’ success and progressCommunicate all the training programs on a timely basisHave a program announcement marketing strategyWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, and CommunicationsAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Must have administrative and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsFamiliarity with academe’s best practices and standardsHands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in an education setting
