Training Associate

Job Description:
The Learning & Development Associate shall provide general assistance in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of various L&D programs. Among the key roles of this position include Individual Contributor, Administrative Assistant, Course Designer, Trainer, and Program Evaluator. The incumbent is expected to help drive competency improvement and promote strong learning culture.


Assist in the design of learning curriculum and program designs for both e-Learning and instructor-led training; Develop various learning materials using various platforms and media; Facilitate assigned training programs or learning sessions; Handle the administrative aspect of assigned training program (such as coordination with heads, provider and participants, physical arrangement of venue, food arrangements, budget coordination, preparation of materials, etc.) Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree major in Behavioral Science or any related courses; No experience required
