Training Assistant

The Training Assistant is responsible for clerical/administrative tasks under training and also conducts Training for newly hired employees for operationsProvide assistance in developing and conducting training, seminars, workshops, and learning sessions towards continuous employee development.Administers the required training examinations and exercises as needed in the training conducted.Assesses the training results from the technical training conducted per month to validate if the participants passed or failed from the training.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.Must be willing to TravelMust have a 1-2 years experience in Training, Human Resources or equivalent.
