Trainer - Mobile Industry

TRAINER**Responsibilities**:- Educate and entice promoters, front liners & OICs about products and special promosthrough regular training sessions- Ensure all promoters, both existing and newly-hired, are regularly updated with all product knowledge and special promo mechanics- Provide training and coaching to employees who need follow through in terms of achieving sell-out targets- Submit comprehensive, accurate and timely reports that will help in monitoring the performance of promotersQualifications:- Experience in telecommunications / mobile technology or retail industry handling well-known mobile brands is a plus but not a requirement- With excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail- With advanced knowledge in MS Office and advanced skill in MS Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot, IF formulas, etc)- Willing to travel and do fieldwork**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- Day shift- OvertimeSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
