Trainer

**Main Role****Superior Facilitation Skills**- Facilitation 3-5+ years of experience conducting classroom/virtual training and/or seminar/workshop topics (Service/BPO/call center/Healthcare experience preferred).- Adhere to applicable training requirements (e.g., calendars/timelines, playbooks, agendas, facilitator/participant guides)- Experienced managing different learning styles and exhibit inclusivity in delivery.- Manage training/group interactions for various levels of trainees and attendees.- Knowledge of MS Teams a plus.**Pre/Post-Session Delivery**- Understand and prepare the appropriate training technology and logistics required to ensure effective delivery (e.g. rosters, schedules, access, MS teams, space, materials, etc)- Gather learner feedback during the facilitation process to support effective knowledge transfer and make appropriate adjustments as needed (e.g., periodic knowledge checks, assessments, polls)- Manages post-session data and reports overall performance proactively**Collaborative**- Spots opportunity areas and recommends improvements for training program iteration based on experience and data- Work with other trainers/contact persons in the organization relevant to the training assignments**Flexible**- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities- Flexible to be deployed on schedules required by the business/organization**Job Type**: Fixed termContract length: 6 months**Salary**: From Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Night shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you open for a fixed-term employment contract?- We must fill this position urgently.
