Student Relations Officer

The Student-Relation Officer (SRO) is responsible for the professional and smooth relationship between the management and students by making sure that the student engagement is implemented.**Job Summary**- In charge in student's concern- In charge in student's record- Can multitask**RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Maintain professional relationship with the students and management by**:- maintains and keeps records of all students in all courses\- create and maintain student files and database records including termly checks of mobile phone numbers and other contact details- updates and coordinates students and the team for necessary changes in schedules and other class related matters- organise and prepare financial reports on sales expenses, professional fees of instructors and outsourced individuals/professionals, inquiry reports and final sales report to be forwarded to BCAA accountant, School Administrator and Business Manager- prepare reports consumables in classes- keep students' records as necessary- spearhead regular and extension barista classes- provides general admin assistance if needed- helps in preparation during special functions like catering, seminars, trainings, and demos if needed- other functions may be assigned by management from time to time**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
