We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training the Medical virtual assistants and ensuring that they deliver high-quality administrative support to our clients. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence and drive continuous improvement. If you have a passion for training and quality assurance and are eager to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for new virtual assistants, covering various administrative tasks, communication skills, and company policies and procedures.- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.- Provide ongoing coaching and support to virtual assistants to enhance their skills and performance.- Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure that virtual assistants meet quality and accuracy standards in their work.- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of tasks completed by the VA team.- Conduct regular quality audits of work performed by virtual assistants, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to standardize quality metrics and ensure consistency across the organization.- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.- Prepare and present quality assurance reports and recommendations to senior management for review and action.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Medical virtual assistant / Healthcare or in a similar administrative role, with a minimum of 4 of experience.- Previous experience in training and development, with a focus on virtual assistant.- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Benefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.- Health benefits and other perks.
