Trainer Cagayan De Oro

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.- Conducts any necessary "train-the-trainer" sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.- Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.- Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.- Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready- Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.- Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote- Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years experience with Training in a BPO company- Experienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)- Flexible with working on different shifts- Must have excellent English communication skills- Willing to work in Cagayan De Oro**The Perks.**- Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits- Paid Time Off- Retirement Benefits- Learning and Development Opportunities**What We Do.**Ubiquity delivers business process outsourcing and advisory solutions across customer service, technology, and operations.
