Job Description:1. Schedules and formulates tactical Activities/Promotions in the assigned area.2. Manages the promotional events.2.1 Creates timeline.2.2 Formulates the necessary details for the promotion.2.3 Formulate the budget for the promotions implemented, and keep the expenses within the budget2.4 Coordinates with the Graphic Artist for the artwork/creative layout2.5 Sends a memo for the details of the promotion and the Store Execution Guide to the operations and support team.2.6 Orders the required collaterals for the promotion.2.7 Coordinates the with suppliers for printing of collateral and monitor its delivery2.8 Checks and audits the proper distribution and installation of the collaterals before the start of the promotion.2.9 Checks and audits the proper display of the merchandise, together with the Sales Team2.10 Document and report the promotion's customer satisfaction & feedback, and the factors for the overall success or failure of the promotion.3. Coordinates with the Sales Team for their marketing request and other services needed.4.1 Brand Logo placement4.2 Correct font to use4.3 Messages to include the services extended to customers4.4 Explore other opportunity to advertise4.5 Plans strategic locations for installation of banners and streamers as attention grabbers.5. Oversees the processing and approval of permits from the Department of Trade and Industry for promotional local campaigns.6. Maintains and keeps records both hardcopy and softcopy on all designed campaign materials, photographs, promotional data, and analyses related to the duties as well as marketing strategy to acquire higher revenue.7. Performs competitors check and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.8. Supports the Marketing Manager to improve the general trend of advertising and brand awareness applicable to the company.9. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:1. Male or Female2. 25-353. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field4. With experience in field Sales or Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in the Agri-business industry is an advantage.5. Willing to do fieldwork6.
