Responsibilities Responsible for service delivery of Reward (remuneration and benefits) activities or other reward programs globally in partnership with the global Reward team.
Involved in a broad range of global reward projects with across multiple regions and businesses related to compensation and benefits; understands business context and is able to make strategic recommendations based on reward and industry knowledge

Ensure that the systems and processes that are put in place support the principles for individual remuneration and benefits, which are determined according to the role grade, the employees skills, experience, performance, work location and availability of suitable candidates
Process lead for work streams within Annual Reward Review (ARR) processes
Management of benefits administration, including business as usual renewals, escalated query management, system oversight, communication, daily vendor interactions, etc.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree
5+ years of relevant remuneration and benefit experience in a Multi-National Company (MNC) environment
Payroll or international HR experience a significant advantage
Experience in SAP and SuccessFactors preferred
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular strong/advanced Excel skills
Project management skills an advantage
