An experienced Total Rewards Manager will advise on the best practice for total reward processes, contributing to the planning, design and implementation of compensation and benefit programs for the Philippines in close collaboration with Global Total Rewards Team. The Total Rewards Manager will conduct research into best practice total rewards schemes, reviewing existing schemes and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Description:
Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local incentive plan designs and the support of the global bonus program process. Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Advise best practice of the commercial business rewards programs and aid assistance when needed. Maintains internal parity of employees within the organization. Experience in designing, managing, and administering employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans. Partner with the HR team and leadership on the review of all total reward packages. Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary. Advice on rewards related M&A due diligence and post deal integration matters is essential for this role. Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple survey providers to make informed decisions and recommendations. A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential. Strong project management, analytical, and excel skills are essential. Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role. The ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations is a skill that is required for this role. Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is essential for this role. A strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations and salary practices / legal restrictions related to compensation and benefits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively manage relationships with vendors and brokers. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in total rewards.
