As a Test Manager of P&G, you are responsible for leading the entire QA process for the system - including Test Strategy, Test Environments, Test Data and Test Tools. Your main goal is to improve the quality, reliability and performance of the system and measure its success through a consistent set of applied metrics. You will plan and contribute the development and execution of test plans and test cases - for Functional, Automation and Stress Testing. You will be wholly committed in ensuring appropriate levels of testing types are applied - smoke, system, functional, integration, regression, and stress testing.

This role reports to the IT Director - DevOps Lead, AMA Sales IT and will be part of the AMA Sales IT community with 30+ hardworking and passionate members across the region.
How Success Looks Like
Improve quality, reliability and performance of the system through effective test strategies Spearhead assessment of current Test Management processes and tools, as well as be able to benchmark against leading practices and tools externally, for reapplication to P&G Implement with speed other process optimization for Testing to contribute to P&G business results Coordinate effectively Test Plan Execution, Defect Resolution and Stakeholder Communication Work autonomously, handling own time effectively in collaboration with others
Responsibilities of the RolePlan and contribute to the development and execution of test plans and test cases, for functional, automation and stress testing
Deliver high quality, up-to-date Test Plan and Test Suites derived from the Test Strategy that comply to P&G Testing Policies, Standards and Guidelines
Deliver quality release-to-production via enabling test automation in CI/CD pipeline
Implement, scale and drive adoption for Test Data Management processes and tools
Ensure work is delivered with quality, timely, on-cost and according to business priorities and service level agreements with partners
Qualifications
Hands-on experience of designing and carrying out Manual, Automated and Performance testing
ISTQB Certification is must
Strong knowledge & proficient on different test management tools (any of the following; ordered by importance): Azure DevOps (Test Suites/Test Plans), Panaya, JIRA-Zephyr Squad and/or HP ALM/MicroFocus Quality Centre
Strong knowledge & proficient on different test and performance automation tools like Selenium and/or LoadRunner
ITIL v4 Foundation and Scrum Certifications are nice to have
Domain knowledge in FMCG industry preferably in Trade Promotion Management modules
Must possess critical thinking skills along with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership, innovation, continuous improvement and interpersonal teamwork skills
Ability to orchestrate with various P&G IT and Business Partners and Vendor teamAbout us
