Test Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for the Transact Loan Management System implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologies. Oversee the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the loan management system Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results, defect analysis Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing. Collaborate with the SI vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes. Key Qualifications: 10+ years relevant experience Experience in test management for large scale Lending core banking system implementations covering Secured and Unsecured lending products across Retail and Commercial Banking; Temenos Transact experience ideal Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA etc.) Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience in performance and security testing.
