Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree a plus) in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline such as Electronics Engineering
With at least 3 years of experience involving: analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits; designing hardware and software solutions for Automated Test Equipment that minimize test cost and maximize test performance; developing multi-site test program using programming languages such as C/C++ or Visual Basic; using schematic and layout tools such as Orcad, Cadence ALLEGRO; performing statistical data analysis using Excel or other data tools; and documenting and presenting test plans and evaluation reports for power and mixed-signal products
Experience with NI STS, Advantest 93k and ETS-364 platforms an advantage
Demonstrated performance with leading-edge high-complexity mixed-signal Power products
Experience with high-voltage, high-current (2kV, 1kA) devices and integrated drivers an advantage
Brief Job Description:
The Test Development will be responsible to design/develop high performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for first silicon verification, characterization, qualification and manufacturing of Power and Mixed Signal products:
Work with design engineers in defining/developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes, SCAN and IDDq test patterns.
Design, develop and debug multi-site, cost effective test HW/SW solutions for characterization, qualification and production wafer probe and final test.
Work with lay-out engineers in designing of Printed Circuit Boards multi-site test HW.
Work with design engineers in validating/correlating new test HW/SW solution to design bench reference data.
Manage and maintain projects schedules that align with product introduction and release dates.
Engage and support local and offshore manufacturing to maintain production yield and high quality, and resolve product and test problems after production release.
