The **Territory Sales Specialist** is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing.**1. Accounts Acquisition and Retention**a. Penetrates assigned areas to acquire accounts and user agenciesb. Conducts Sales calls per week according to targetsc. Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targetsd. Creates route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budgete. Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/sf. Conducts technical/demo sellingg. Timely, accurate, and regular reporting (MS Powerpoint and MS Excel reports) of sales calls, sales volumes, and other activities/data requiredh. Prompt response to queries and calls from management, clients, agencies, etc.**2. Competition Monitoring**a. Conducts intel validationb. Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage**3. Warehouse & Inventory Management**a. Manages the warehouse and inventory in assigned area, if applicableb. Monitors orders and delivery requirements for respective accounts**Qualifications**:1. Bachelor's degree in any business course2. At least two (2) years of experience in B2B sales is required3. Must be from the exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope mentioned below.4. Previous experience in the construction materials industry and/or FMCG/Pharma industry is preferred5. Must possess excellent communication skills, especially in the local dialect of assigned area6. Must be able to drive a motorcycle and possess a driver's license (restriction code 1)7.
