1. Determine timelines for submission and completion of each Marketing Services Agencies(MSA) and Team Leader(TL) deployment as to quality and
quantity with in the established work standards.
2.Executes Business Development Strategies for the assigned Territory -Consumer and SME Market, by harnessing quality people(TLs) and
asset resources.
3. Monitor daily/weekly deployment and daily/weekly/monthly /YTD Sales Target and ensure productivity of deployment,not limited to sales opportunities ,Competitors information,
and feedback of Service Quality . Proactively conduct spot check and/or gain direct feedback on the above aspects.
4.Provides one on one coaching based on performance versus specific targets on a daily/weekly/monthly and year to date target.Maps out performance-improvement of Team Leaders
and the assigned Territories and follow through action items. Provides mentoring as on as needed basis on other aspect eg. deployment handling.
5.Participate in problem solving activities to resolve problem encountered or observe during implementation through interaction with cross functional units with in the company.
Documents and disseminate Solutions and Best practices to the unit concerns.
6.Ensures compliance of his / her work to the existing Standard Operating Procedures(SOP's) of the Companies Policies and Practices;dessiminates updates to MSAs and TLs on these as needed.
