We're opening our Global Business Service center in the heart of BGC Manila and looking for more than 300 bright minds to join a global multinational with an exciting start-up vibe.  WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT?The Territory Consumer Lead (TCL) is under the Marketing function and is responisble for driving the business growth of their assigned territory through Consumer acquisition and retention. In order to achieve this, the incumbent needs to drive quality Retailer Distribution and Wholesale Volume through a Consumer Centric approach mindest. Based on their assesment of the challenges and opportunities in the assigned territory, making use of available information, collaboration with the Field Sales, they will develop the necessary short and long term strategies and programs that will address the needs of the business and support the delivery of the territory KPI's., growth inclusive.This role will be tasked to lead the development and management (incl. monitoring & reporting) of relevant campaigns and/or programs, that are part of the over-all regional and zone strategies covering various touchpoints such as General Trade Retailers and Wholesalers, Local Key Accounts, Designated Smoking Areas and HORECA channels where the overall objective is Consumer Acquisition and Retention in the assigned territory.This role will also be tasked to do the following:- External (Nielsen) and Internal (Sales Data) Data Analysis- Conquer tools champion- Competitive Analysis- Budget Monitoring- Creation of internal documents such as contracts, project briefs, weekly reports, closure reports, presentations during business reviews and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that are related to the role. WHAT WILL YOU DO?Integrated Marketing Support: Develops and executes marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with brand values, brand identity, tone of voice, and campaign messaging. Collaborates with other functions to ensure that campaigns are brought to life and communicated consistently across different channels through digital content, merchandising materials, or events, to name a few. Delivers on brand awareness communication objectives.           Campaign Material Production: Produces offline and online materials that deliver consistent campaign messaging, but optimized based on channel/platform and phase of the consumer journey. Manages agencies and suppliers to ensure quality of output, timeliness of delivery, and compliance with Legal and other internal guidelines. Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver internal stakeholder requirements, and gain support and resources for executing marketing campaigns. Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies, to ensure timeliness in meeting milestones and deliverables that translate into tangible results.People management (if applicable)Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbentOther (if applicable)Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.                           WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably of a Marketing / Business / Communications - related coursesAt least 2-3 years experience in Sales,Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagment or Marketing that includes on ground Field Sales experience preferably from an FMCG company.
