Agriculture graduate, major in Agronomy or Horticulture or any Agriculture related courses• Ambitious and aggressive, flexible and capable of adjusting to different types of people and situation• Must have good communication skills• Must have a good moral character• Must be computer literate• Willing to travel or accept provincial assignments and can drive• With work experience is an advtangeHas a driver's license• Preferbly a resident of: BicolSuccessful candidates will first undergo intensive training at the company's researchfarm in Lipa City.
