Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients
and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
member Sales.
Performs transactional activities/supports activities including serviceinformation updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing inMARS like to Key clients.Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operatingprocedures.Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action fromsupervisor.Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes andprocedures.
