Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities Inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards Does proper triaging of patients • Handles member’s medical or nonMedical concerns Records patient’s personal data in the Patient Management System (PMS) Monitor and respond to all messages and callback requests from different touchpoints Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/ Psychology or other Medical Allied courses (License is not required but an advantage) At least one (1) year work experience specialized in Healthcare Services/ Medical Support and Assistant/ Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear and articulate) Computer literate Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations) Amenable to work in Makati City Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Open for Fresh Graduates
