Telemarketing Supervsior

(1) Telemarketing SupervisorØ Prepares policies and standard operating procedures of the divisionØ Reviews and recommends changes in policies to improve operations.Ø Ensures that standard operating procedures are implemented properlyØ Supervises the processing of sales booking solicited from sales personnel and customers.Ø Train and update team members on the company's products, services and promotional deals.Ø Monitor continuous business transactions of existing customersØ In charge of renewing dormant customersØ Develop and manage maintained customer database.Ø Assists in negotiating sales transactions of telemarketing staffs.Ø Supports sales department in achieving monthly sales quota.Ø Highest point of escalation for all critical customer issues and ensuring that appropriate solution will be provided.Ø Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and recommendations to the CSOOØ Coordinate with other department as when necessary to carry out tasks and responsibilities.Ø Ensures operational efficiency and profitability of the divisionShould be residing at QUEZON CITYJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:13th month salary
