TELEMARKETING / SALES STAFF Duties and Responsibilities: Do market research, filter and collate all prospect data gatheredDo outbound calls using a given phone directory to sell products.Answer incoming calls and messages from prospective customers.Use scripts to provide information about product?s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer?s needs and provide the product as the solution.Go the ?extra mile? to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.Skills andQualifications: Experience is preferred in telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or other similar over-the-phone positions.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) including good telephone skills.A strong sales focus targeted towards revenue generation and maximization.A passion for delivering a great customer experience and building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers.A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers.A focus on the achievement of goals and the desire and drive for personal development.Effective presentation and communication to the small/medium business market
