TESDA or Vocational course/training certification)Native of Cebu/Visayan province, fluent in speaking the local dialect and preferably proficient in EnglishGood communication, presentation, listening, and negotiation skillsHas at least one (1) year experiencewith Telemarketing, Sales Customer Service or Call Center preferredWilling, interested and able to be trained to handle Telemarketing functionsKeen, meticulous, with sharp memory on details, especially with customers' contact informationTeam-worker and has a positive dispositionWell-organized particularly in keeping an updated and complete directory of contactsPersistent, patient especially in handling customer complaints and rejections
