Telemarketer (Client Sourcing Specialist)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or
equivalent.
• Must have excellent telephone communication skills
• A mastery of spoken and written English
• 2+ years experience telemarketing a plus.
• Familiarity of technology solutions is a plus.
• Results-driven.
• Pleasant, Persistent & Persuasive.
• Able to adjust accordingly depending on the type of person being spoken to.
• Must love talking to and helping people
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Sourcing Specialist will be charged with the responsibility to look for possible business opportunities for the company. The successful candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss business solutions and services. He/She should be able to:
• Help generate qualified prospects and potential clients by calling, emailing and reaching out to contact persons
• Provide basic information to target leads to segregate the qualified ones from the rest;
• A minimum number of daily calls will set
• Set-up meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
• Conduct research on potential prospects and participate in lead generation activities
