Tele-Collector

PrimeAlliance Recovery Mgt., Inc. are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from customers. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts

Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

Investigate and resolve customer disputes or discrepancies

Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment

Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices for debt collection

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations

Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
