Responsibilities
• Craft engaging content to educate customers and spotlight product value.• Translate complex technical concepts for sales and marketing teams.• Develop technical playbooks and product best practices.• Collaborate as a technical SME on various marketing assets.• Provide technical and competitive knowledge support to sales and marketing teams.• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' offerings, delivering detailed reports.• Perform qualitative and quantitative win-loss analysis, reporting findings.• Identify growth opportunities through technical and competitive intelligence.• Build interactive demos and manage the sales demo environment.• Maintain the Competitive Intelligence (CI) library and sales assets.
Requirements
• Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills.• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.• 3+ years of content writing experience.• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, or Software Marketer, OR 2+ years as an MSP, IT Technician, Systems Administrator, or IT Manager.• Extensive hands-on experience in IT processes, technologies, and best practices, particularly in enterprise IT operational software products.• Technical expertise and understanding of NinjaOne's products, customers, and markets.• Hands-on experience with the NinjaOne platform (preferred).• Proficient in high-volume content management, including spreadsheets and meticulous tagging.
