Job Description:
Assist users in resolving software and hardware technical issues Perform remote troubleshooting and give step by step clear instructions to customers over the phone Prepare call logs and issue resolution reports for cases handled Keep abreast with the latest technologies to assist customers effectively Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2nd year Undergraduate with no back subjects (background in IT required) At least 1 year BPO experience handling technical accounts or as helpdesk support Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Proficient in using computer applications (MS Word and Excel) with typing speed of 35wpm Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
