**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the operations and availability of 24x7 financial trading platforms- Log, categorize, prioritize, track and route issues reported by stakeholders or alerts raised by monitoring tools- Conduct system and service documentation- Manage issues, incidents and crisis- Handle stakeholder queries and requests- Ensure a high service delivery quality standard to clients and organization stakeholders**To be successful, you should be**:- 1-3 years of working experience in supporting 24x7 Financial Enterprise Product and platform- Solid grasp of technical operations and corresponding business processes, preferably financial services- Strong experience and know-how in managing incidents and client requests**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work on a shifting schedule?**Experience**:- Technical Support: 1 year (required)
