Job Description ? Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
?Well Experience with Mac OS Troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for staff
Log bugs and enhancement requests
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
