Technical Support Engineer (North Cbg)

Provides professional services and technical expertise to customers under the jurisdiction of the
Corporate Business Group in support to the Company’s customer relationship management process,
especially in the following functional areas:
Ensures achievement of GWh sales targets through timely energization of new customers as well as winning back direct connect and self-generating customers
Management of service applications of customers from the private sector with contracted capacity of 500 kW and up
Management of service applications of customers from the public sector (national government units)
Management of service applications of customers from the private sector under conglomerate accounts with contracted capacity of 5 kW to 500 kW
Management of service applications of embedded generator customers. (to align with RM)
Management of service applications large developments, commercial complex, industrial parks that involves coordination with internal cross-functional teams.
Provision of assistance to networks offices for technical coordination with end-users, retail electricity suppliers, economic zone/business district administrators and their representatives
Acts as the technical expert on customer premises wiring (primary-metering, transformer vault, multi-metering per floor, etc.) and end-use technologies that involves overhead and underground distribution and sub-transmission facilities
Qualifications:
Licensed Electrical Engineer
Good verbal and written communications skills
Team player but with potential leadership skills
Computer savvy and with driving skills is a plus
