**Purpose of the Position**:Reporting to TSG Equipment Superintendent, the Technical Supervisor is accountable and responsible for immediate response in terms of technical related support to improve project site mechanical availability.**Duties and Responsibilities**1. Coordinate and immediate mobilization to requesting projects.2. Conduct extensive Inspection of equipment undergoing maintenance job to determine parts and components needed for repair or replacement.3. Coordinate and submit to site equipment head the list of parts and materials needed to accomplish maintenance work.4. Perform repair/troubleshooting based on company standard.5. Ensure the correct labeling and housekeeping of dismantled parts.6. Prepare technical report/failure report to determine the root cause of the failure.7. Recommend action plans to eliminate repetition of failure as to the identified root cause.8. Review current maintenance practice for improvement.9. Conduct equipment performance test through technical analysis Level I and II.10. Stays in the requesting project site accommodation while work is still in progress.11. Immediately report at TSG headquarters after accomplished site support.12. Perform other related duties as assigned.**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:1. Mechanical Engineering graduate or any related profession.2. At least three (3) years in heavy equipment maintenance.3. Knowledgeable In Heavy Equipment Maintenance Program4. High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;5. Creative, forward thinker.6. Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets7. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.8. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.9. A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.**Deliverables**:1.
