Technical Specialist - Wireless Construction Telecommunications (Information & Communication Technology)

1. Responsible for wireless network construction. Secure the project complete following timeline.
2. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and client requirements.
3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements within budgetary constraints. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to optimize project performance.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project outcomes. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations to foster positive relationship.
6. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of construction projects within budgetary constraints.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of construction activities, equipment configurations, and network performance metrics. Generate reports for stakeholders and management as needed.
8. Safety and Quality Assurance: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction process to ensure the safety of personnel and the reliability of the Network.
Employment Standards
1. Education: A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field is often required. Some positions may accept equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
2. Experience: More than 3 years' working experience in wireless of Telecom industry (experiences in Telcos preferred). More than 2 years radio network construction management
3. Knowledge: Mobile Wireless communications principal and related knowledges, include 4G and 5G
4. Certifications: industry or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia) may be preferred or required depending on the employer.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with various stakeholders, interpreting technical specifications, and documenting construction activities.
6. Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions is critical for success in this role.
7. Physical Fitness: Since the job may involve climbing towers, lifting heavy equipment, and working in outdoor environments, a good level of physical fitness and stamina is necessary.
8. Attention to Detail: Paying attention to detail is important for ensuring the accuracy and quality of construction work and documentation.
Job Skills & Qualifications
1. Understand wireless communication technologies such as 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, including their working principles, protocols, and standards. Familiar with 3GPP protocols. 
2. Proficient in basic knowledge of wireless signal processing, modulation/demodulation, channel coding/decoding. 
3. Familiar with wireless network planning, optimization, and deployment. Capable of wireless network planning, optimization, and deployment, including base station layout, spectrum management, etc. 
4. Proficient in inter-cell interference analysis and optimization, network capacity planning, and other technologies. 
5. Possess data analysis and processing capabilities, able to extract useful information from a large amount of wireless communication data.
