Technical Service Supervisor

• The TSS is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company byworking with the warehouse and technicians.• This Job Summary is not an exclusive summary of the scope of the employee'swork.DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage Technicians of the company: Plan, develop, organize,implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.• Prepare the weekly schedule of Technicians.• Monitor the technician's daily activity and prepare weekly summary of allTechnician's output with analysis whether their man hours are maximized.• Set weekly meeting with technicians and ensure that the General Manager isinformed by furnishing a weekly meeting minute to be discussed with theGM after the weekly meeting to thresh out all issues.• Study and become familiar with the operations of but not limited to: 2008K and 4008A4008S Series of Fresenius Machines for the company's operations and AllEquipment that will be used by the sister company.• Sales and Marketing of services.• Plan and propose to management, for approval, any appropriate technical trainingand development for Technicians.• Handle and facilitate approval of Job Orders prior to service execution by theTechnicians• Will check all machines and all its accessories for delivery prior to release fromthe warehouse.• Will ensure timely preparation of all machines and its accessories for delivery.• Will develop and prepare needed SOPs and Forms related to the Job of Technicians. • Will ensure that Drafted SOPs and forms are properly routed for management approval.• Will prepare needed documents and compliance certificates of the machine's priordelivery.• Attends to all other work designated to him/her by the immediate superior/departmenthead and by the management.• The duties and responsibilities enumerated above are not exclusive of any other duties and responsibilities that BEI may see fit to designate or assign to the employee concerned.• The duties and responsibilities may be revised from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the service.
