Technical Product Manager

Your days will be filled with:
Product Strategy and Vision
Develop and articulate a clear vision for the digital products, aligning with our client's goals and user needs.
Continuously assess the competitive landscape and technology trends to inform product strategy.
Roadmap Planning
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term achievements with long-term goals.
Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and timelines are met.
Feature Development
Work closely with the engineering team to define requirements and oversee the development of new features and enhancements.
Ensure that the products deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product goals are aligned with business objectives and customer feedback is integrated into product development.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform decisions and improve product performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve success.
Market and User Research
Conduct ongoing research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and user needs.
Use insights to inform product features and enhancements.
? Will act as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO)
knows how to develop our client's platform, and knows how to do codes and product development
? You will handle the Tech team in Vietnam
Who we are looking for:
3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Strong technical background in software development processes and web technologies.
Experience in product management
including defining product strategy, developing roadmaps, and overseeing feature development
Proficient in Laravel (TALL stack)
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Good communication skills

We offer:
Working Hours: Europe timezone or latter part of business hours of Vietnam as the tech team is in Vietnam: business hours 8am to 5pm (PH is ahead by 1 hour)
Competitive salary from PHP80,000 to PHP100,000 based on your previous work experience
HMO and paid leaves after a 3-month probationary period
